THE CHOP - The place of acceptance, transparency & transformation. A place where conversation takes place to help us identify the who we are and who we’ve become. 

THE SHOP - The place of transformation and moving to a better place. With boldness, make the necessary adjustments to become better. 

AT THE CHOP SHOP ...

We will NOT ignore the realities of life. The foundation of the chop shop will include, but not be limited to the following: 

• God
• Honesty
• Transparency
• Trust
• Confidentiality
• Accountability
• Resolution through conversation
• Deliverance through prayer
• Proper Application of God’s word to foster change
• Becoming biblically sound and spiritually focused

IN JOHN 9, the Bible speaks of a man who was born blind. In verse 2 (John 9:2) states, the disciples asked Jesus a question, “Who sinned? This man or his parents, that he was born blind?” Jesus responded, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned. This happened to display the work of God in his life.” Jesus takes ownership of the illness by giving us a reason for his illness. He says, “It’s for the glory of God!” Jesus removed the blame and introduced healing with expectation. 

The Chop Shop has been created by God to deal with the blame and bring healing. So let the healing begin at The Chop Shop!

Philippians 1:12 - “Now I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that what has happened to me has actually served to advance the gospel”. 

On this basis, we must be mature enough to understand that God chose us, to show how great and powerful He is. Maturity must reveal to us that God is not picking on us, but He has chosen us, just like he allowed Job to be chosen, by Satan.
